Hi, I’m Sierra Minton! Since 2024, I’ve been the receptionist at Blue Sky Realty — the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk through our doors. I love being part of a team that values people, community, and home just as much as I do.

I’m currently attending Three Rivers College, where I’m completing my basic courses with a focus in agriculture. I’ve lived in Piggott, Arkansas, my entire life, and I take great pride in being part of this close-knit, supportive community.

Growing up here has taught me the importance of hard work, strong community ties, and continual growth — both personally and professionally. In the future, I plan to earn my real estate license and pursue a career in real estate. I’m excited to combine my background in agriculture with my passion for helping others to make a positive impact right here in my hometown.
