Hi, I’m Morgan Smart, the Receptionist at Blue Sky Realty. I believe strongly in integrity, gratitude, and building meaningful relationships with the people around me.

I’m someone who truly values the people and experiences that have shaped my life. My family and friends are at the center of who I am, and I’m grateful for the time we share, the support we give one another, and the lasting memories we create together. They have taught me the importance of being dependable, caring for others, appreciating the people in my life, and never taking them for granted.

Agriculture is also a very important part of my life. I grew up on a seventh-generation family farm, where I developed a deep appreciation for hard work, stewardship, tradition, and the connection between people and the land. Learning about farming and helping preserve my family’s history and traditions are things that mean a great deal to me.

I believe there is always something new to learn. Whether I’m developing a new skill, gaining knowledge through experience, or seeing something from a different perspective, I welcome challenges and opportunities that help me grow both personally and professionally.
